What year did you start CrossFitting?


Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I have always enjoyed physical activity and the adrenaline rush that I get from knowing I gave my all. After years of focusing on career and family, I needed that adrenaline rush to get back in sync with my inner needs as well as focusing on health and fitness goals. I need people and structure to keep me motivated. CrossFit gives me the structure and the atmosphere to be held accountable to show up and work hard.

Why did you become a trainer?

I wanted to help other ladies feel comfortable with working hard to obtain their goals while having a great time doing it. I love helping other people and get a rush when they realize they just reached a major milestone in their journey to fitness. I think I sometimes get more excited than they do.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

Burpees :O)

What is your favorite cheat food?

Chocolate Kisses

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

Wonder Woman because she has the full package: beauty, brains and brawn. Something to always strive for.

What year did you start Crossfit?
I started doing CrossFit with friends in a globo gym, unorganized around 2009. I’ve been doing affiliated crossfit since 2014.

Why did you get into fitness?
I started working out to help my sports performance. Now I’m in it for enjoyment of CrossFit and Olympic Lifting.

Favorite CrossFit Movement?
Triple Unders, Handstand Walks, and Olympic Lifts

Least favorite CrossFit Movement?
Burpees or Thrusters. Both are terrible, take your pick.

Favorite WOD?

Favorite cheat food?
Mini Powdered Donuts

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
I prefer villains, so Magneto. I see him as an anti-hero. He takes an alternative approach to do what he thinks is right. His ability to manipulate metal and magnetic fields is a power I would love to have.
