Step #1 – Try a Class for Free

Step #2 – Fundamentals Course
Before you jump into regular classes, you’ll need to complete a fundamentals course (3 individual personal training sessions) where we’ll teach you the foundational movements in CrossFit and how to properly perform them, and then a workout to practice the new movements. Don’t worry, it’s fun, informative, and helps get you introduced to a normal CrossFit class.
- Fundamentals classes are scheduled individually or up to 4 people in a class. (see schedule for details)
- Price includes the remainder of the month of unlimited CrossFit classes.
Step #3 – Select a Membership
